The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy cites a 64% decline in the teen birth rate in the US since its peak rate in 1991. That’s incredible! And why? Vox explains the simple reason – teens are becoming more responsible about sex. They are using birth control more, and teen girls are having less sex. This article highlights the importance of continued funding for birth control and reproductive health services for all people, especially young people.
